A participant canceling prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund in the form of a check. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
A participant canceling after class begins, whether or not they attended, will receive a pro-rated refund in the form of a check. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
No refund after the third class whether or not participant attended.

WINTER BASKETBALL PROGRAM - 1ST THROUGH 8TH GRADE
If you apply for a refund before the day of the draft for your child's grade, you can receive a full refund online credit or a refund check minus a $20 processing fee.
If you apply for a refund after teams are made and before the season begins, you can receive a 90% refund in online credit or a refund check minus a $20 processing fee.
If you apply for a refund after the season begins, and before the second game, you can get a 70% refund in online credit or a refund check minus a $20 processing fee.
No refund will be given after the second game.

If you try out and make the DHS team, you will get a full refund in the form of a check as long as you apply before December 31st.
